Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and securing sensitive data. We will not be liable for data loss caused by external systems, hosting providers, or client-side issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom work delivered to the client becomes their property upon full payment. Website content, templates, and branding created by BDBH Tech Solutions may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BDBH Tech Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse projects that involve illegal activities, unethical practices, or misuse of technology.
